The long anticipated ‘Nosferatu’ has its first trailer, but you won't be able to see it online.

From director and writer of ‘The Witch,’ ‘The Lighthouse,’ and ‘The Northman,’ Robert Eggers’ fourth film is a remake of the 1922 classic, and will hit theatres on Christmas day.

The trailer for ‘Nosferatu’ has debuted exclusively in US theatres ahead of Jeff Nichols’ ‘The Bikeriders’ (Austin Butler, Jodie Comer, Tom Hardy). Both movies are distributed by Focus Features.

The latest rumor suggests we’ll be getting the trailer as early as Monday (as of this article, tomorrow).

The horror remake stars Bill Skarsgård, Nicholas Hoult, Lily-Rose Depp, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Emma Corrin and Simon McBurney, and Eggers’ regulars Willem Dafoe and Ralph Ineson.

The trailer recently leaked online via X, but was quickly taken down across the social media platform.

Anya Taylor-Joy and Harry Styles were originally set to star as the film’s leads, but both dropped out due to production delays causing scheduling conflicts.

Nosferatu’ releases in U.S theatres on December 25 and UK theatres on January 1, 2025.

Synopsis: A gothic tale of obsession between a haunted young woman and the terrifying vampire infatuated with her, causing untold horror in its wake.
