‘Knives Out 3’ Cast Includes Andrew Scott, Cailee Spaeny, Kerry Washington, Jeremy Renner — FULL UPDATE

Rian Johnson’s whodunnit franchise will soon begin production on its third installment, with ‘Knives Out 3’ officially being titled “Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery.” Though plot details remain under wraps, Johnson recently announced the return of Daniel Craig as Detective Benoit Blanc, and new additions to the cast seem to be happening on a daily basis.

Here’s what we know:

Andrew Scott, best known for ‘Fleabag,’ ‘All of Us Strangers,’ and his latest masterwork in ‘Ripley’ joined the cast on May 28.

A day prior, Josh O’Connor, best known for his work on ‘The Crown’ and Zendaya-led tennis romance ‘Challengers,’ joined ‘Knives Out 3.’

The ever-growingly popular Cailee Spaeny, who is best known for her work in ‘Civil War,’ ‘Priscilla,’ and the upcoming Alien movie, joined the cast on the same day.

On May 29, Kerry Washington was added to the cast, and is best known for her ABC series ‘Scandal’ and films like ‘Django Unchained’ and ‘The School of Good and Evil.’

8-time Oscar-nominated actress Glenn Close, best known for films like ‘Fatal Attraction’ and ‘101 Dalmatians’ was announced to be in ‘Knives Out 3’ on the same day.

On May 30, two A-listers were added to the cast. Oscar-nominated actor Jeremy Renner, best known for movies like ‘The Hurt Locker,’ ‘The Town,’ and his role as Hawkeye in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, joined ‘Knives Out 3’ alongside Mila Kunis, best known for ‘Black Swan’ and ‘That ’70s Show.’

To no one’s surprise, the cast is stacked with top-tier talent. We’re certain of more casting announcements as the film edges closer to production.
